CHENNAI ANNA NAGAR CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LTD is a Multi-State Co-operative society registered with Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Co-operation by registration number MSCS/CR/1219. This Societystrictly abides by the principles of Co-operation, the Multi State Co-operative Act, 2002 and its Rules. Our society area of operation is entire Tamilnadu& Andhra Pradesh.

OurSociety ambition is giving House to all. To promote residential zones, either in the form of plots (or) flats and farm houses etc with proper approval from the competent authorities and to allot to the members/general public at a reasonable and nominal price without profit motive and without mediators. To provide financial assistance to fulfil the housing needs of the members/public.

This Society provides loans to public to build, repair and develop houses and house mortgage loanwith the lowest rate of interest.

HISTORY OF SOCIETY

The Chennai Annanagar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, was registered on 09/04/2015 as a Multi-State Co-operative Society, under the MSCS Act 2002 by the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies, New Delhi. The society stared its function from 24/05/2015

THE MAIN OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY:

To promote social and economic betterment of members through self-help and mutual aid in accordance with co-operative principles of voluntary formation, autonomous functioning, democratic member control and professional management, members-economic participation of society

To buy or acquire lands, building, by purchase, mortgage, lease, exchange, gift or otherwise, and to manage the properties belonging to it

To acquire land or development and construction of residential houses/flats for giving to its members

To provide residential houses/flats to its members on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the co-operative society.

To undertake repair of houses/flats of its members

To borrow loans for running the business of the society and to arrange for its payment

To advance loans to its members for payment of premiums or repair of the houses/flats provided to them and other allied needs.

To arrange to provide to its members all necessary common amenities and facilities as may be found practicable by the any Development Authority, the Municipal Corporation of the concerned Region or such other authorities.

To arrange for maintenance of the estate of the society including roads, lanes and parks etc.

To secure priority in allotment of house-sites/houses from Government agencies for the members of the society.
