The society is now implementation housing schemes, viz Golden Green Co-operative Nagar, Polivakkam village in Thiruvallur District, Anna Co-operative Nagar Phase – I at Thimmapuram village Acharapakkam Kancheepuram District , ADP DREAM CITY at Thiruporur, Kancheepuram District.

The society has proposed many housing scheme in Thiruvallur & Kancheepuram district. The society has also proposed to undertake construction of houses for selling them to members and to undertake construction of house for the members
